The project was to create a brand identity for a development on the site of the former Bath Postal Museum in the heart of the World Heritage city centre of Bath. It was from here that the first recorded posting of a Penny Black stamp took place in 1840. Within 3 months of unveiling the initial branding and promotional campaign, ie banners, hoardings and a sales brochure, all 10 apartments had been sold off-plan. The client was delighted. It was, after all, bang in the middle of a recession. “The concept of the penny black stamp worked perfectly and led to an unexpected response. Thanks for the great work.” Jo Booker, Business manager, Osborne Property Group.
