Discover

This stage is all about research. We begin with questions; getting to know you, your objectives, your audience, your competitors and the challenges you face. We work closely with you to build a full picture of your situation and the problems we need to solve. This stage might include interviews, workshops, visual audits and customer journeys.

Strategy 02

Define

Following our research we’ll develop a strategy. We analyse our findings, hone and clarify your brief. We think hard about all the options, distil your key messages and develop a strategic approach that will achieve your business goals. This stage might include brand strategy, vision and values, naming, brand positioning and the digital strategy.

Ideas 03

Develop

From this foundation we can start developing ideas. Where possible, we distil all our thinking down into one Big Idea. This gets everyone moving in the same direction. When we’ve refined our ideas and concepts, we’ll present them back to you. This stage might include brand identity, websites and digital work, brand guidelines and internal communications.

Action 04

Deliver

Having agreed the way forward, it’s now all about working with you to craft the full potential of the new thinking. As each project has individual requirements, the work can be anything from online to print, signage to billboards, iPads to black cabs. This stage includes implementation, workshops and presentations.
