A world view
Recently came across CreativeRoots which is “an art and design collection, based on countries of the world. Every post has some historical or cultural relationship expressed through art and design, which is either related to or influenced by a specific country.” This new-ish site covers a wide range of work from other parts of the world. Postings to date include Arabic typefaces, Polynesian tattoos, a Japanese paper tea house and Russian coffee poster. Nice idea and worth supporting. See www.creativeroots.org
